Business owner Lucy launched Riverside in 2007 after realising there was a real need for an independent, local and above all friendly high street agent in Washington. Lucy has been in the industry for more than 20 years and loves her job having gained experience previously in the corporate estate agency. She has great local knowledge, experience and rest assured that you will get the best advice.

In 2012 Riverside Residential were lucky enough to have Donna join our growing team. Donna came to us with a wealth of corporate knowledge in managing and training staff as well as years of customer service experience. Donna is very much a people person and loves meeting clients. She enjoys the challenge of overcoming difficult situations and works closely with the team completing training and processes to ensure the day to day running of business runs smoothly.

Courtney joined our fast paced Lettings department in 2023.
